Canary Wharf

. We are looking for dedicated Chefs and

Kitchen assistant

to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

The Roles:

Chefs:

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality. Work efficiently in a busy kitchen, following recipes and service requirements. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with stock management and kitchen organization. Support the Head Chef and wider team in delivering excellent service.

Kitchen Assistant :

Support the kitchen team by keeping the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked. Wash and maintain kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment. Assist with basic food preparation when needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure a smooth and efficient back-of-house operation.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Prior experience is preferred for Chefs, but not required for Kitchen Porters - a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key!

Skills:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

Personality:

Hardworking, reliable, and passionate about food and hospitality.

Availability:

Full-time roles with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
