Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Bar 44 in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and beverages while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
