We are seeking a talented and passionate person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background or training in food preparation. You will be responsible for creating delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and leading kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Oversee kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to within the kitchen. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant / pub environment. knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with others. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
