Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary and hospitality skills while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas at all times Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations diligently Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Support team members as required to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is desirable Experience with kitchen operations or culinary work is a plus Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Pay: 21,908.40-25,396.80 per year
