What You'll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, efficient, and expert support
You will be dealing with customers financial transactions and opening savings accounts on behalf of the Building Society that we look after.
Help clients navigate their financial journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Work closely with our advisers and internal teams to ensure a seamless, personal customer experience
Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards with care and precision
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey and go above and beyond expectations
