Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for timely resolutions. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively to manage documentation and correspondence.

Skills



Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Previous experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers professionally. Basic analysis skills to identify trends or issues in customer interactions. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset. Competency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills, including typing proficiency. Pay: 24,420.00-36,634.54 per year
