FULL TIME ONLY - Permanent Role

If you don't know us - you haven't tasted the best wrap in Edinburgh or sampled our delicious Italian dine in menu. We're Located at The Shore in Leith. Domenico's is a successful Italian Deli and full A la carte Restaurant. We deliver a high quality service to many regular customers and new customers alike.

We are a tradition in Leith, our lunch service offers deli sandwiches, which are made to order (it's extremely busy - so never a dull moment). We also have a full a la carte menu offering for lunch and dinner.

A great number of our customers are local regulars, and they love the personal touch Domenico's gives them as well as our excellent customer service - they feel they're with friends when they come to Domenico's.

We are a small friendly team so this position is for someone who works well in a busy environment, can multi-task and has great customer service skills.

Hours

You shoud have flexibility to work a mixture of days/evening and weekends

We are open 7 days a week (6 nights) closed on Sunday 'Day'

Must Have's

Previous Restaurant table service experience Food prep experience You like being part of an awesome team Barista Expereince Preparation of alcoholic, cocktails and soft drinks Dish Washing and ensure full maintaining daily/weekly cleaning Preparing Bills, managing bookings, money handling including credit card machine Good work Ethic

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is an all rounder

Has experience in table service

Some food prep and Barista experience

Experience in a fast pased enviroment

Works well under pressure

Ideally hold a Food Hygiene certificate, or be prepared to undertake further training

English - spoken and written
