You will:
Provide the children with a safe, secure and home-like environment
Operate a keyworker system and liaise with parents/carers, carers, and senior staff
Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of your key children
Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
You will need to:
Hold a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at Level 2 or 3 or above (such as an Early Years Educator qualification, Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce), or equivalent qualification
Have gained experience within a nursery setting
Have proven organisational skills
Experience / training in working with children
You will be required to work 36-41 hours per week between 7.30am - 6pm. The post is offered on a permanent basis. We aim to give all team members a half day off each week, with rotas being released monthly in advance.
