Job Description

JOR Property Ltd are a busy property maintenance company based in Aberdeen and covering Aberdeen City and Shire.

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time and experienced Joiner to join us. Please note this vacancy is not for a self employed joiner, this is a permanent staff position. Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general Joinery processes, and be able to work under pressure and meet timelines.

You will also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate well, on your own, and as part of a team.

Must be/have:

Fluent in English - written and spoken Time-Served and experienced Able to read/interpret architect plans Proficient at kitchen fitting Fully conversant in all areas of joinery finishing's Able to follow processes and instructions, e.g. getting job sheets signed etc. Punctual, reliable and conscientious Team player, confident communicator and well presented
We operate an easy to use, state of the art, IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office. Full training will be provided.

Hourly rate of pay dependent on experience.
