Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Have barista knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively. Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
