About the Role

As a

Food & Beverage Team Member

, you'll support a range of food service operations, predominantly Breakfast - drinks in the bar to large-scale conferences and elegant private dining. You'll work across our restaurant, meetings and events areas, and bar, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience at every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role suited to individuals with strong service skills, a team spirit, and the flexibility to thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Operations

Deliver outstanding customer service in the restaurant, bar, and events spaces. Serve food and beverages in line with licensing laws

(must be 18+)*
Support set-up and break-down of meeting rooms and event spaces Assist with room layouts and movement of furniture and equipment Promote upselling opportunities and special offers throughout service Help maintain the flow of service during busy periods

Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain cleanliness across all F&B areas, including back-of-house. Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety standards Adhere to fire safety, hotel security, and sustainability practices (Green Key standards)

Teamwork & Culture

Collaborate with colleagues across departments (including Kitchen, Reception, Housekeeping and Sales/Reservations) Maintain a professional appearance and high grooming standards Contribute to a positive team environment and shared goals

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience (18+) Be available to work from 6am. Breakfast can sometimes start as early at 5am on occasion. Experience in table service, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting Exposure to conference/banqueting operations (ideally in a 4 or 5-star hotel) Confident communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be able to commit to a full-time contract (40 hours per week)

Desirable:

Food hygiene knowledge or certification A strong passion for food, drink, and hospitality Enthusiastic and Commitment to Learn
