What you'll do

Be the warm, welcoming face of Cove, helping guests feel at home from arrival to departure. Think on your feet and solve problems calmly and confidently. Create a sense of sanctuary and calm, so guests can fully relax into their stay. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Keep the property safe, secure, and operating to the highest standards. Go beyond the expected - whether it's helping with a delivery, jumping in to support your team, or finding smarter ways to deliver soulful hospitality.

What we're looking for

Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles (hotels, serviced apartments, student living, build-to-rent, hostels, or similar). A tech-savvy mindset - comfortable with apps and digital tools. A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision. Strong communicator, both spoken and written. Adaptable, proactive, and always up for a challenge
