Urban Cedar are a design led manufacturer and installer of contemporary cedar wood hot tubs and saunas. Our brand new warehouse is located just off the M5 18/18a at Access 18, Bristol where our team of 6 people organise, manage and install over 250 hot tubs and saunas a year. This role is key to our business and due to continuing expansion we are looking to add a new team member to our installation and service team.
So, what will I actually be doing?
Working as part of the warehouse team, preparing hot tubs and saunas for installation, carrying out installation into client houses and also larger installations at various holiday developments throughout the UK. Attending service calls to rectify any faults. Unloading of containers containing hot tubs and saunas at our warehouse facility and assisting with all aspects of the warehouse.
Urban Cedar operate a modern fleet of VW transporter vehicles.
This is a great job for those who are organised, have experience of heavy lifting and a keen eye for detail. You'll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
Loading / Unloading at warehouse facility using fork-lift truck
Preparing hot tubs / saunas for installation
Delivering / Installation throughout the UK
Greeting Clients / Co-ordinating Installation
Advising clients on technical information
Cleaning of company vehicles and warehouse
Carry out service calls to fix / repair faults

You'll be based at our warehouse, and full-time Installers will work 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm Friday 7.00am-3.30pm. Some installations may require a longer working day.
Salary is 26K-28K+ Overtime
OTE (30k-35k)
A quality uniform will be provided and the candidate will have the use of a new VW Crafter Flat-bed to drive to and from jobs. The role is hands-on and you will need to lead by example. You'll also need to be confident, as you need to be able to communicate with a variety of people from clients to the office team to the other members of the installation team

Requirements
Full / Clean Driving Licence (2 years minimum) Fork Lift Truck Licence preferred but not essential
Full training will be given.
