Overview:

Hot Tub Stores UK is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hot Tub Service Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of hot tubs and saunas. The role will primarily cover customer locations in Bristol, Cardiff, and Newbury.

Key Responsibilities:

Install hot tubs and saunas at customer sites, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Perform regular maintenance checks and servicing of hot tubs, diagnosing and repairing any issues. Provide excellent customer service and offer advice on product care and usage. Upsell additional products and services where appropriate, enhancing customer experience. Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used. Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.

Skills and Experience:

Experience with hot tubs or similar equipment is ideal but not essential. Training will be provided. Solid practical knowledge of plumbing, or experience in a similar trade, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full UK driving license is essential.
