Our busy lettings office based in Wrexham, is looking for additional support and require a full time Lettings Negotiator.
The right individual would require the following attributes:
Communication and time management skills with database management
Responsibilities to include assisting the lettings manager, maintain applicant register, diary management, processing references, booking inventories, taking deposits/cash handling, arranging end of tenancies, handling gas/electrical safety test requests, and preparing marketing details, reception and administration duties, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company procedures.
Experience within in a similar lettings' role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Salary dependant on experience.
The role will involve weekend work on a rota basis.
