Our busy office based in Llangollen, is looking for additional support and require a full time Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
The right individual would require the following attributes:
Communication and time management skills with database management
Responsibilities to include assisting the office manager, maintaining the applicant register, diary management, negotiating offers with vendors and buyers and interacting with solicitors on legal matters, processing references, booking inventories, arranging end of tenancies, handling gas/electrical safety test requests, and preparing marketing details, reception and administration duties, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company procedures.
Experience within in a similar sales or lettings' role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
The role will involve weekend work on a rota basis.
Salary dependant on experience.
