Job Description

As a live in Carer you will be live with client in their own home 24hrs a day for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Your responsibilities will be:

Personal Care, Medication Support, Moving & Handling, Meal Preparation & Cooking, Nutritional Support, Night time support and welfare checks, Supporting the client with daily activities, including driving for shopping and appointments. Vehicle is provided. You will also work in partnership with other healthcare professionals on a daily/weekly basis.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.

Participate in training sessions to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements/Qualifications

provide sponsorship) Full UK Driving Licence Minimum 1 years' practical experience Experience with Cerebral Palsy - desirable Commitment & availability for 3 weeks work at a time Access to a smart phone Excellent communication, verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
