HUNNABALL MEMORIALS ARE RECRUITING FOR A FULL TIME MEMORIAL LABOURER
Based in Hawkins Road, Colchester
Full clean driving licence required
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Memorial Labourer
to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance, and renovation of memorials within cemeteries and memorial grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing and fixing headstones and memorials
Cleaning, repairing, and refurbishing existing memorials
Ground preparation, including digging and concrete work
Safely handling heavy materials and tools
Working respectfully in cemetery environments
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
Practical skills and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Good attention to detail and respect for sensitive surroundings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in memorial masonry, construction, or landscaping is an advantage (training can be provided)
Full driving licence a requirement
