Key Responsibilities
Assist with the
preparation, set-up, and clean-up
of work sites
Operate
hand and power tools
safely and effectively
Carry out
general maintenance and repair
tasks as required
Support tradespeople and site supervisors with day-to-day site activities
Follow all
health and safety procedures
and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Experience & Requirements
Previous experience
in a skilled labour or construction role
Knowledge of internal build residential refurbishments
is essential
Familiarity with
construction tools and equipment
is an advantage
Must hold a
full, clean UK driving licence
Physically fit and capable of
lifting and handling heavy materials
Strong
communication skills
and ability to follow instructions accurately
A
proactive, problem-solving attitude
with a focus on teamwork and reliability
