Job Summary
We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Labourer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have astrong work ethic

, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This role involves performing a variety ofmanual and skilled labour tasks
that contribute to the successful completion of our construction and refurbishment projects, while maintaininghigh standards of safety and efficiency
on-site.Key Responsibilities
Assist with the
preparation, set-up, and clean-up
of work sites Operatehand and power tools
safely and effectively Carry outgeneral maintenance and repair
tasks as required Support tradespeople and site supervisors with day-to-day site activities Follow allhealth and safety procedures
and maintain a clean, organised workspaceExperience & Requirements
Previous experience
in a skilled labour or construction roleKnowledge of internal build residential refurbishments
is essential Familiarity withconstruction tools and equipment
is an advantage Must hold afull, clean UK driving licence
Physically fit and capable oflifting and handling heavy materials
Strongcommunication skills
and ability to follow instructions accurately Aproactive, problem-solving attitude
