Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper Wanted -- Between York and Malton
_Role Summary
We are seeking a nurturing, proactive, and dependable Nanny/Housekeeper to support a family with childcare and household responsibilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a calm and happy environment for children while keeping the household running smoothly.
What We're Offering:
Hours
: 35 hours, Before and After school plus hours during the school day for housekeeping.Start Date
: September 2025Salary
: Negotiable, depending on experience.About the Nanny Role:
Looking after two lovely children aged 8 and 6.. Managing school runs and meal times. Driving children to clubs and extracurricular activities. Ensuring homework and piano practice are completed.
Other responsibilities include:
General housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing) Grocery shopping & meal preparation. Occasional errands. Dog walking
You'll Need:
Previous experience in a similar role A warm, organised and proactive approach Paediatric first aid (or willingness to train) Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain) Glowing references
A driver's licence is essential due to the location of the family and needs of the role.
