Responsibilities

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the well-being of all children.
- Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery setting.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education is crucial.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in nursery settings is advantageous.
