Eyelash and Eyebrow Technicians

to join us at our busy salon.

Please be aware this is a self employed position but you will not be required to purchase your own tools or rent a space

Job Role:

As an Eyelash and Eyebrow Technician at Hampson Beauty and Training, you'll provide a range of high-quality lash and brow treatments to our valued clients in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume) to a high standard Offer brow services including waxing, tinting, threading, lamination, and shaping Carry out client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate services Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance Ensure treatment areas and tools are kept clean and hygienic Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences Stay up to date with trends, products, and techniques in lash and brow beauty Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business Support the Hampson team with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification Lash and brow certifications (lash extensions, brow lamination, etc.) Experience preferred but newly qualified techs are welcome with training support available Excellent attention to detail and precision Friendly, professional, and reliable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Flexible to work weekends or evenings when required
