We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Full Time Permanent Saturday Cover. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations during the weekend, providing support to our team and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the team environment.
Duties
Provide comprehensive coverage for all operational needs on Saturdays.
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Handle administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record keeping.
Support any additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer applications for administrative tasks.
Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is advantageous but not essential.
