Now, we're looking for 1 x Full-Time Permanent & - 1 x Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Luxury Operator to join our exceptional team at our Cumbernauld site, where attention to detail meets world-class production. This is your chance to be part of something truly special.


As a Luxury Operator, you'll play a key part in delivering the highest standards of quality and presentation across our luxury spirits portfolio. You'll work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where every bottle tells a story and every detail matters.

Main Responsibility

Operate and monitor luxury packaging machinery with precision and care Ensure products meet exacting quality standards for premium presentation Conduct visual inspections and handle materials with finesse Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines Support continuous improvement and uphold brand excellence Handle luxury components and packaging with a craftsman's touch

Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or luxury goods (preferred) A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
