Role Overview

This is a full time PSV Driver role, with regular driving duties alongside involvement in day to day fleet operations.

In addition to delivering safe and professional passenger journeys, you'll support our fleet team by helping maintain vehicle standards, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with some administrative and operational tasks that keep our service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operate PSV vehicles safely and professionally, in line with road traffic law and company procedures Deliver a friendly, reliable and customer focused service to passengers Complete scheduled journeys on time and to a high standard Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance issues promptly Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation Support fleet operations, including maintenance coordination and compliance checks Assist with documentation, logs and operational record keeping Support general day to day operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For

Valid PSV (PCV) driving licence Valid Driver CPC qualification Clean or near clean UK driving licence DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Professional, reliable, and flexible approach Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work early mornings, late nights and weekends as required

Desirable (but not essential)

Valid TfL PHV licence Previous experience in PSV, private hire, or transport operations Experience supporting fleet or transport administration
