We are looking for a coach with 2 years+ experience in personal training and ideally Small Group Personal Training. The right candidate will be invested in their craft, committed to ongoing development, and excited to contribute to a thriving fitness community.
Location:
Engine Room - Great Portland Street / Regents Park NW1 4EE (close to both tubes and Warren St).
Salary:
We are ideally seeking a senior coach (2 + years experience) - 32,000 - 38,000

Role & Responsibilities
Deliver tailored and engaging, high-quality coaching to each individual within a group environment.
Create a supportive and inspiring environment for members, helping them stay motivated and accountable.
Be a team player - collaborate, contribute, and elevate the culture of the facility.
Engage with members beyond the session - build relationships, provide guidance, and enhance their journey.
Commit to ongoing professional development - refine your skills and grow as a coach.
Assist with community-building initiatives, events, and social engagement.
Maintain high facility and training standards to ensure an outstanding member experience.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.
Experience in personal training and coaching group fitness.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently with all audiences.
Sound understanding of movement mechanics, training principles, and coaching psychology.
First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
A genuine passion for fitness and interest in personal progression. Someone that loves training themselves as well as others, and is always striving to improve. (an interest in competing personally or training towards personal goals is preferable/a bonus).
A love for coaching others and seeing them thrive.
