We are seeking an experienced Clinic Receptionist to join our team on an immediate basis. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day clinic activities. In addition to this, promoting retail sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a medical clinic or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and cancellations
- Handle patient registrations, admissions, and discharges
- Process payments, manage billing, and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Selling retail skincare and supplement
- Carrying out adhoc support to the pharmacy
