Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Utilise upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a tidy and organised store environment
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Answer customer queries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell products effectively
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Good time management and organisational abilities
