Based in Grangemouth we work on domestic and commercial projects throughout central Scotland including slating, tiling, lead work, flat roofs and green roofs as well as routine repairs and maintenance.

Here's what we need from you:

A positive can do attitude and a strong work ethic. We don't want to work with people who don't want to work hard or expect other team members pick up their slack. We want to work with people who care about what they do and see the value in a good honest day's work. You need be an experienced roofer and be able to slate and tile, you'll need to know what you're doing when it comes to roofing. You'll have at least four years experience, sorry rookies, this one isn't for you. You'll be super organised and be prepared to be accountable and to take responsibility for your own work load within the team. You'll need to be able to work to our standard. We haven't won awards by accident, we're very, very particular about our work and we make sure that every single job is to an exceptionally high standard. You'll need to chime in with that to fit in on the team. You'll be reliable with an excellent time keeping and attendance record You'll need to be able to treat our customers right. Our customers are massively important to us, and the reason why we exist. So we look after them, and you will too. You'll need to be a great team player showing respect to your colleagues and show maturity in how you conduct yourself That's about it. You need to be a lovely person and very good at roofing.
