We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and be proficient in using various tools and equipment necessary for the job. This role involves working on different types of roofs, ensuring they are properly installed, repaired, and maintained. The successful applicant will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems. Fabricate and weld roofing components as required for specific projects. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete roofing tasks. Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling roofing materials and equipment. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct inspections of roofs to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to roofing tasks. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work at heights for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. A valid driver's licence.
