We are looking for a Full Time Sales Administrator with a great personality and willingness to learn. This is a very varied position and your duties will include answering the phone, taking Spa & Restaurant Reservations and dealing with customers who wish to book events. You will meet couples wanting to get married at the hotel, show them around our venue and sell our wedding packages. You will then be one of the main points of contact for the couple on the lead up to their wedding. There is also a high level of administration being computer based such as sending out confirmations, invoices and function sheets. You will be based in our Sales Office and work part of a team.
This is an ideal position for someone looking for their first role in Sales or for someone looking to take that next step in their career.
Good administration skills essential.
This is a full time position, working an 8 hour shift, 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 9.00am & 7.00pm and 9.00am - 5.00pm on a Saturday. Yours hours will be calculated on a weekly rota basis.
