Full Time Sales Advisor
Job Description
Full time sales advisor required to support the existing negotiators in our Sheffield branch on Ecclesall Road. Must have estate agency experience, or background in related industry (lettings, financial services). This is predominantly a sales role, whereby the suitable candidate will be looking to generate business opportunities from our existing database and incoming customer calls.
The role may lead to a full negotiator position dependant on stock levels and market conditions.
The rate of pay will depend on experience and ability to generate leads.
General duties include, following up sales leads, dealing with online enquiries and referring to our mortgage and lettings departments. A car will be required, as there will be opportunities to carry out accompanied viewings.
The role is full time, to include Saturday AM (9am - 12.30pm) , on a '1 in 3' a rota basis.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
