The Job:

Join our busy team at Wilsons Underlays Ltd and enjoy a sales order processor role with wide reaching responsibilities. Your primary role will be to join a team already in place processing orders, full training will be provided. The role will involve some customer service duties, answering telephone calls from customers, responding to emails etc.

In addition you will gain a variety of skills in several areas of the business, assisting transport, accounts, order processing and tasks as directed by the office manager, carrying out an array of administrative duties within the workplace.

Days:

5 Days Per Week Monday - Friday

Times: Monday - Tuesday

8:00am - 5:30pm

Wednesday

- Thursday

8:30am - 5:30pm and

Friday

8:30am - 4:30pm

Overtime -

Overseeing end of day dispatches and can occasionally result in working a small amount of overtime as required

Wilsons is a family-run business that specialises in underlay manufacture and flooring accessories. We have grown year on year expanding both our products and our loyal customer base. To help with this expansion we need a new dedicated and enthusiastic staff member.

We require 1 full-time applicant to join our busy office. This is a varied role and will include duties primarily order processing but this could lead to responding to customer emails, answering telephone queries, advising customers on orders and deliveries, administrative tasks and much more., We will expand your knowledge of all areas of the business to ensure you are multi skilled and a valued member of the team.

Wage is 11.44 per hour plus attendance and performance bonus.
