Job Overview
DGS Service Solutions are recruiting for a full time Security Officer to join our team at Fairhill Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.
This role is contracted at 40 hours poer week with additional hours available.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any incidents or alarms. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing necessary information during investigations. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A SIA Licence is essential for this role

Pay: 12.79-13.09 per hour
