We are a leading UK Hair Restoration Clinic based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in advanced hair growth treatments.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team, with the potential to progress into a Sales Manager role.

This position is strictly for an experienced sales professional who can confidently conduct consultations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' senior-level sales or management experience and must be currently based in the UK.

We're looking for a highly skilled, target-driven individual with strong medical or aesthetic sales experience. You will be able to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care, while working collaboratively with our team of therapists. You should be commercially minded and sales-focused, proactive in following up on leads, enquiries and patient referrals.

In addition, you will lead and manage a team of therapists to deliver outstanding aesthetic treatments, achieve clinic targets and maintain excellent customer service standards every day. This role involves full operational management of the clinic. You will be responsible for all key clinic KPIs, including:

Sales targets Customer service standards Complaint handling Financial audits Team leadership and performance Recruitment and training Day-to-day clinic operations

We are looking for someone with:

A strong sales background A results-driven mindset and ambition to progress both professionally and financially Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to drive team success Native-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Operational experience in rotas, recruitment, performance management and daily running of an aesthetic or medical clinic A clear, confident and professional telephone manner A presentable, warm and friendly personality A consultative, patient-focused sales approach
