We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Senior Sales Advisor to join our team in our flagship store on Jermyn Street - Immediate start is preferred.
Main duties will include:
Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets, contributing towards the store's KPI results Supporting other sales staff to achieve collective goals and targets Managing cash transactions Assisting with customer service
To be considered for this position, you must have:
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role within the fashion retail industry A passion for providing excellent customer service A sound understanding of the retail environment The ability to work to a flexible rota Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management An organised and proactive approach Immediate availability is preferred
