We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our patrons through attentive service and culinary knowledge.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest queries effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing excellent guest services. Clear tables promptly after guests depart, preparing for the next guests efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
