Full-Time Supervisor

to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and hands-on Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant supervision, strong leadership skills, and a genuine love for hospitality and Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the dining area to ensure smooth service Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house staff Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness Manage reservations, guest complaints, and service recovery Coordinate with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless operations Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed Open and/or close the restaurant based on shift schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A positive attitude and passion for customer service
