About the Role:
This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week) and involves leading the team during shifts, maintaining high standards in food quality and customer service, and helping to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cafe operations and run shifts independently
Organise team members and support their development
Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards
Manage stock, place food and supply orders
Uphold and develop our food and drink offerings
Travel between locations as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality and supervisory experience (essential)
Knowledge of coffee preparation, food handling (not essential), and cake making/decorating (preferred)
A proactive team player who can remain calm under pressure
Willingness to learn our menu and allergen information
Flexible to work weekdays and weekends (8am-5pm)

Working Hours & Benefits
35 - 39 hours per week
over 5 days (Monday-Saturday).
Closed every Sunday.
Shift patterns:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 9am - 5pm
Thurs: 9am - 7pm
Sat: 9am - 2pm (early finish!)
