We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home.



We are looking for Support Workers to work in Seaham, County Durham in the North-East, UK.


We support adults & young people with:

Learning disabilities Autism Physical disabilities Support with and positively respond to people's behaviours.


This is an amazing opportunity to support a young woman in her early 20s who is currently in the process of moving into her own home and is looking for committed support staff to help promote her independence and support her with everyday skills. She loves animals, especially dogs, horses and guinea pigs.



We are looking to recruit Support Workers for this vacancy, this role will involve weekends, evenings & nights -


13.20 per hour & 97.68- 122.10 for sleep-ins, average annual salary of 30,500 (based on full-time hours)
