We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the restaurant environment. A passion for culinary excellence and guest services is essential.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist in the kitchen when required. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks. A background in culinary arts or food preparation will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
