The Whitebrook is a renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green Star & 4 AA rosettes, that's really heading to the next level requires a waiter or waitress to join our team to help keep and further our list of accolades. Run by an exceptionally committed and passionate team, we operate over a 4 day week leaving a great balance to continue learning and developing you career and push for further accolades.

We're looking for a waiter or waitress with passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, previous experience ideal but we can provide training and able to progress your career.

You should be very food and service-oriented to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. This is an extremely hands-on role. You will have to opportunity to learn about foraged ingredients/herbs and work closely with local growers & producers of the Wye Valley and its borders.
