Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operational Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for handling goods in and out, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock accurately and safely Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in line with company procedures Assist with regular stock checks and inventory audits Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, sack trucks, cardboard shredder) Support the Operations Director and wider team with daily operational tasks Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update stock movements

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Basic IT skills Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 20kg
