Window Cleaning Operative (DRIVER)

(Including Gutter Cleaning & Jet Washing Periodic Works)

Company Van Supplied ( Brand New Fully Equipped Set Up ) + FUEL CARD Provided

SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shift:

40 Hours per week working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 6am - 3pm

+ Overtime

(Overtime hours may be required to offer support across other departments)

Main Duties

To perform various cleaning, maintenance, and operational support duties as directed by the company such as

Window Cleaning, Gutter Vac Work & Jet Washing.

Cleaning duties may include but is not limited to; general and specialist cleaning/maintenance tasks and may be required to support other departments for the purpose of covering staff at various locations. To ensure effective communication, reporting and liaison with staff, management and clients of the company

AREA OF WORK

Primarily Horsham and surrounding Counties of Surrey, East & West Sussex. Other areas as directed by the company when required.

WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS

40 Hours per week on a Rota Basis across 5 days between the hours 6am - 3pm Overtime may be required to support across other sectors as required. You would often work alone, driving to jobs. For that reason, the continuous maintenance of a valid driving license will be essential.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Require a minimum of 2+ years C

Window cleaning experience Full Training Provided to carry out all, Gutter Vac Work & Jet Washing Future Training Available for other specialist type works and general cleaning duties to support other departments teams.
You will receive induction, supervision and further training.

SKILLS, INTERESTS AND QUALITIES

As a Mobile Support Operative, you will need:

Integrity - Role requires you to be honest and ethical. You will be required to undergo a DBS check. Dependability - Role requires you to be punctual, reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Excellent personal organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Willing to take responsibility.
