Window Cleaning Operative (Full-Time & Part-Time)

The Role:

Full-Time:

40 hours per week

Part-Time:

Flexible shifts available Overtime available (weekdays & weekends) Modern water-fed pole systems - minimal ladder use Outdoor work in all weather conditions Use of app-based job and route planner Friendly and professional customer interaction Opportunity to manage your own van and round after training

What We're Looking For:

Must be

21 or over

(for insurance purposes - driving role)

Full UK Driving Licence

required Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable meeting daily/weekly targets Good communication skills and attention to detail Experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Rate:

12.21 per hour (rising to 12.50 after training)

Progression Pay:

Up to 13.50 per hour (~28,000/year) based on milestones Overtime at enhanced rates Tips and performance bonuses Pension scheme 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata) Full uniform and cleaning gear provided Company vehicle for work use (after training)

Work Location:

Based in North Lanarkshire Travel required across Glasgow and surrounding areas in a company van
