Your Role - Supporting Independence at Home

As a

Community Carer

, you will help individuals

stay in their own homes

by providing:

Welfare checks

- Ensuring clients feel safe and supported

Personal care

- Assisting with daily hygiene and mobility needs

Light domestic tasks

- Helping to maintain a comfortable home environment

Shopping & errands

- Supporting clients with everyday tasks

Companionship

- Building relationships and reducing isolation

Opportunities & Working Hours

We are currently recruiting for:

Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Part-Time (zero hours plus)

Shift patterns typically include:

Mornings:

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Evenings:

4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

(Exact shifts may vary.)

What We Need From You

Access to a vehicle & a valid driving licence

- This role requires travel between clients' homes.
