Job Description

About Us

Loopla is a London-based family events platform helping parents discover the best things to do with their kids -- from baby classes to theatre shows and big days out. We're a small, dynamic team building a web-based events platform and management system that connects families and organisers quickly and easily.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on

As Technical Lead, you'll oversee the planning, development, and delivery of projects -- ensuring they're well-executed, high-quality, and released on time. You'll foster a supportive team culture, empowering engineers to take ownership and deliver their best work.

The role suits someone who enjoys both coding and leadership, can explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues, and keeps projects running smoothly from concept to release.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Euston office and 2 days remote.

Leadership:

A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and fosters collaboration within a team.

Quality Focus:

Meticulous individual, committed to high coding standards and best practices.

Driven and Positive:

Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a dedication to the company's success.

Responsibilities
