Christmas Temp Barista - Fast-Paced, Full-Time Festive Role

We're hiring Christmas Temp Baristas to help us deliver warmth, speed, and exceptional coffee during the busiest season of the year. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love making people smile, and can commit to full flexibility across the festive period, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food with consistency and care Keep the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming - especially during peak hours Engage warmly with customers, take accurate orders, and handle feedback gracefully Follow food safety standards and handle ingredients responsibly Support your teammates with clear communication and calm energy Stay focused and fast: especially when the queue is out the door

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract: 12-14 weeks (depending on starting date). Scheduled hours: 35-45 hours per week, 5 days a week. Full flexibility required: Monday-Sunday, between 6:30am and 11:00pm Opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance

What You Bring

Full availability across the festive period, including weekends and evenings Previous experience in a high-volume cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting Confidence and speed when dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment Reliability: we need team members who show up, stay present, and keep the energy high A sense of urgency and focus: you move with purpose and handle pressure well A genuine love for coffee and cafe culture
