Christmas Temp Barista - Fast-Paced, Full-Time Festive Role

We're hiring Christmas Temp Baristas to help us deliver warmth, speed, and exceptional coffee during the busiest season of the year. If you thrive in high-energy environments, move with efficiency, and can be relied upon to show up and perform, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food with speed and consistency Keep the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming--especially during peak hours Engage warmly with customers, take accurate orders, and handle feedback gracefully Follow food safety standards and handle ingredients responsibly Support teammates with clear communication and calm energy Stay focused and fast when the queue is out the door
Contract Details

Fixed-term contract:

5 weeks

Scheduled hours: 35-45 per week, 5 days a week Full flexibility required: Monday-Sunday, between 6:30am and 11:00pm Opportunity to transition into a permanent role, subject to performance

Training:

Partial training provided--previous fast-paced hospitality experience is essential
