We are a family-run bookkeeping practice based just outside Tunbridge Wells, dedicated to providing high-quality bookkeeping services to our clients. We're looking for proactive and detail-orientated Bookkeeper to join our friendly team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. In addition to bookkeeping duties, you will also support credit control and add hoc payroll tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing receipts and invoice uploads.
Requesting documents and statements from clients.
Performing day-to-day bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assisting in keeping client accounts up to date.
Liaising with client-related suppliers to request information.
Supporting clients with credit control requirements.
Carrying out other ad hoc accounts-related duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
Basic bookkeeping knowledge (preferred).
Experience with Xero and Hubdoc/Dext (preferred but not essential).
Strong Excel and communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
